Introduction
Time to Talk Canberra 2030 has been a process of broad and deep community engagement. It was designed to enable people to be engaged in a dynamic and positive process about what communities can gain through change - rather than struggling to adapt.
This final outcomes report has been prepared by Elton Consulting as an independent analysis of all inputs to Time to Talk Canberra 2030. Community input was gained through a series of discussions about the future of Canberra undertaken by the ACT Government between August and November 2010.
